Christmas FAQ's

Ordering Dates / Cut Off times

Christmas orders close 1st November 2024, or until sold out. 

Trading Dates

We will be closing at 5pm on the 18th December 2024.

Christmas is an extremely busy time for us - get in early to avoid disappointment!

We have limited availability in our delivery schedule so please lock in your dates ASAP.

Product Availability

We have limited availability on our Christmas products. If they sell out, we will endeavor to find a similar alternative to include in your gifts.

We suggest that you get your Christmas orders in ASAP so we can reserve stock and to make sure you don't miss out on product availability.

Delivery

Deliveries will be made by Two Birds Gift Co. staff personally or by a 3rd party delivery service. 

Bulk / Corporate Orders

We will arrange a courier quote for bulk gift orders (Perth Metro only). Please contact us at hello@twobirdsgiftco.com.au to discuss your needs.

Delivery - Single Gifts (Perth Metro)

Delivery fees for individual local deliveries are charged per gift and are based on distance from Two Birds HQ as follows:

    • + $10 (within 10km Joondalup)
    • + $20 (10-20km)
    • + $30 (20-30km)

Delivery - Single Gifts (Interstate)

Delivery fees for individual interstate recipients are charged per gift.

Delivery Dates

We will be delivering Christmas gifts throughout the last week of November & December, until we close 5pm on the 18th December 2024.

Get in early to secure your delivery date as we will be booking up quickly!

Payment

Payment terms are within 7 days from receipt of invoice.

Bulk orders: We require either full upfront payment or a 50% deposit payment with balance due prior to delivery.
