Cherubino Laissez Faire Fiano
Aromas of quince and white figs with hints of yellow peach and mineral notes finishing with subtle oak spices.
The palate follows suit with flavours of peach and hints of preserved lemon, the acidity is long and fine and wrapped in a soft texture.

Cherubino Laissez Faire IV Shiraz Grenache
Black macerated fruits, raspberry, blue berry with minerally slate like quality. Rounded sweet tannins provide support, the fruit flavours connected with the aromas.
A focused palate of tannins and favours providing texture and complexity.

Howard Park Petite Jete Sparkling
Petit Jeté is the lightest of the three sparkling wines in the Jeté collection, and captures the delicate fruit flavours of citrus, red berries and baked apple.
Before Petit Jeté was even officially launched it was awarded a Gold medal at the 2018 Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships in London.

Cherubino - On The Fringe Chardonnay
Boasts a bright and refreshing acidity with a rich and creamy mouthfeel. The nose is filled with aromas of lemon zest, green apple and hints of vanilla which follow through to the palate. On the palate flavours of ripe pear and baked apple are well balanced with subtle oak notes and a touch of minerality. The extended lees contact provides a velvety texture and a lovely nuttiness to the wine. The finish is long and persistent, leaving behind a satisfying and refreshing aftertaste.

Cherubino - On The Fringe Pinot Noir
The Pemberton Pinot Noir made from the 777 and 667 clones in 2022 is an elegant and complex wine with a deep ruby colour. The nose is a harmonious blend of dark cherry, raspberry and subtle earthy notes, along with a hint of spice.
On the palate the wine is medium-boded with silky tannins and lively acidity that balances the fruitiness of the wine. The flavours of ripe red and black cherry dominate the palate, with nuances of earthy undertones, leather and a touch of oak.
The finish is long and lingering, leaving a pleasant aftertaste of dark berries and spice.
This is an excellent example of a well-crafted Pinot Noir, showcasing the unique terroir of Pemberton.
Level 3 Wines

Flinty, citrus leaf and crushed mineral aromas. Smokey, toasty flavours and a long, fine acidity.

Cherubino Ovale Beautiful South
Red, wet earth, black cherries, mulberry and subtle oak all contribute to this complex wine.
A modest alcohol injects a note of juicy freshness to the core of supple, medium-bodied blackcurrant fruit, the tannins picking up nuances of earth and licorice.
The fragrance is typical of the great southern, where there is an amalgamation of black fruit, mineral and dried herbs.
The tannins are soft, long and complex.

Howard Park Jete Sparkling
Bright salmon-pink in colour. This wine is a non-vintage blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with notes of wild strawberries and freshly baked pastry. The palate has a delicate balance of red berries, fine acidity and a rich, creamy texture.

On the nose: yellow and white fruits, then notes of vanilla and later of brioche.
On the palate: freshness and strength while pear and lemon tastes appear.
