CHANGE OF MIND
We do not offer a refund for change of mind, or because your recipient did not appreciate the gift, so please choose carefully before making your purchase.
RETURNS
All our gift box items are carefully secured in sturdy packaging, and we take pride in ensuring your gift arrives in pristine condition.
If an item arrives damaged, please email hello@twobirdsgiftco.com.au within 48 hours of the delivery, providing photos of the damage.
If the problem with the item is our fault, or that of our courier, will do everything we can to rectify the problem, such as sending a replacement at our cost, or offering a refund.
If we deem the product to be damaged, faulty or the incorrect item, we will cover the cost of the return courier. If the gift box is returned for any other reason, such as an incorrectly provided address or if there is insufficient evidence suggesting Two Birds Gift Co. are at fault, there will be a $20 re-delivery fee.
All refunds for orders will be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account used to purchase the order.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Cancellation or alteration of your order must be made at least 48 hours prior to dispatch, otherwise the item originally ordered will be sent.
OUT OF STOCK AND REPLACEMENT ITEMS
If we cannot supply a particular item listed for inclusion in a gift box, we will replace the product with an alternate product of equal or greater value.
